Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 26/27 school year in Lincoln, CA. This position offers a rewarding chance to provide essential speech-language support primarily to elementary and middle school students. The role is perfect for licensed Speech Language Pathologists holding either the Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to student goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
  • Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and outcomes
  • Provide consultative services to classroom staff regarding speech and language strategies

Qualifications:

  • Speech-Language Pathologist licensed with an SLP-CCC or currently completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF)
  • Experience working with elementary and middle school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Passionate about supporting student communication development in a school setting
