A full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 26/27 school year in Lincoln, CA. This position offers a rewarding chance to provide essential speech-language support primarily to elementary and middle school students. The role is perfect for licensed Speech Language Pathologists holding either the Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and outcomes
- Provide consultative services to classroom staff regarding speech and language strategies
Qualifications:
- Speech-Language Pathologist licensed with an SLP-CCC or currently completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF)
- Experience working with elementary and middle school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
- Passionate about supporting student communication development in a school setting
