Summary:
Nike is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to support their Marketplace Partners through strategic financial planning and execution. This onsite hybrid role will serve as a lead finance partner, managing gross-to-net planning and investments for Nike’s top wholesale accounts while partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead account-level financial planning, budget management, and approvals (e.g., G2N investments, RTVs, cancels)

Serve as finance lead for GM and cross-functional teams across Nike Marketplace Partners

Drive investment management and strategic decision-making for Top 15 wholesale accounts

Oversee financial programs such as margin assistance, conditional discounts, supplemental discounts, and partner profitability

Manage quarterly and annual financial reviews and close activities

Support strategic projects and ad hoc requests related to financial planning and modeling
Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic finance

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; experience partnering with VP and senior directors

Prior experience supporting wholesale or retail functions and understanding of wholesale financial impacts

Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and ability to make strategic recommendations

Preferred: Experience in ad hoc/project-based financial work, financial modeling, gross-to-net planning

Preferred: Background in the footwear or apparel industry
