Job Description

We are seeking a performance minded HVAC Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information as well as delivering a top-notch customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming phone calls, SMS messages and email enquiries.
Communicate effectively with customers on their preferred platform
Provide information about the products and services offered
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service. Any experience in the trades is a plus
Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer relations.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
