Salary: $15.00/hr
Express Employment Professionals seeking reliable and professional Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced call center environment. This is a full-time position only; part-time availability is not offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, account updates, and issue resolution
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures
- Meet attendance, quality, and performance standards
Requirements:
- Full-time availability is required
- 100% attendance during the 90-day onboarding and training period
- Full-time hours during training
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week, with shifts assigned Sunday through Saturday between 4:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
