The Receptionist/CSR serves as the first point of contact for customers , vendors, and visitors, providing friendly, efficient, and professional support. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting walk-in clients, managing orders, and assisting with general office tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced promotional products environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
• Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and respond to customer inquiries
• Assist customers with order information, product questions, and service needs
• Enter customer orders, update records, and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate with production staff to ensure timely order processing and delivery
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and email correspondence
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
• Support management and team members with additional tasks as needed
