Position Overview \n\n

One of our Partners in Boston, MA is seeking a Critical Care NP or PA for a full-time ICU locum assignment at a nationally recognized academic medical center.

This is a unique ICU opportunity without procedural requirements, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care in a structured, team-based setting.

\n\n

\n\t
• 13-hour day and night shifts

\n\t

• No procedures required

\n\t

• Consistent full-time schedule with rotating weekends

\n\t

• Strong attending and fellow support

\n

\n\n

This assignment is best suited for local or regional providers

• Pay positioned in the Top 15–20% of academic ICU APP locums (2026 data)

• Local Radius Rule: Providers within 60 miles are considered local

\n\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\n

\n\t
• Round daily with attending physicians

\n\t

• Manage ICU patients and coordinate care plans

\n\t

• Respond to clinical changes and support bedside care

\n\t

• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams

\n\t

• Complete follow-up rounding in the afternoon

\n\t

• Provide coverage across day/night rotations
