Superintendent – Luxury Custom Homes

Location: Riviera Beach, FL

Salary: $115k-$135k + Bonuses and Package

We’re working with a young, growing luxury builder who are quickly building a reputation in the Florida market for delivering high-end, detail-driven custom homes.

They’ve secured a $7M, 7,500 sq ft custom home and are looking for a Superintendent to take full ownership from shell through to completion.

This is not a volume builder role. This is about precision, finish quality, and delivering a home that stands out.

The Role

• You will take over once the shell is complete and drive the project through to final delivery.
• Full responsibility for site management from shell to completion
• Oversee all interior trades, finishes, and sequencing
• Maintain programme, quality, and standards throughout
• Work closely with client, design team, and subcontractors
• Ensure a clean, organised, high-standard job site at all times

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience building custom homes $4M+ (ideally higher)
• Strong track record in Florida residential construction
• Background working on high-end interior finishes – must have a sharp eye for detail
• Experience delivering projects from structure through to final handover
• Stable career history showing long-term commitment (no jumpy resumes)
• Ideally based locally or with strong ties to the area
