We are seeking talented Graduate/Licensed Therapists to join our team. The Role:
You will work in partnership within a multidisciplinary team of psychiatry providers, therapists, coaches, care navigators and each patient's primary care providers. You and the team collaboratively guide patients with mental illness and/or substance use disorders, who may also have co-morbid physical health conditions, on their personalized journeys to improved mental health and wellbeing. Work is hybrid, position requires 2 days/ week onsite minimum.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
· Assess clients' mental health needs through interviews and assessments.
· Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
· Provide crisis intervention and support.
· Maintain detailed and confidential client records.
· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and social service agencies.
· Stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and research.
· Offer guidance and support through evidence-based practices.
· Educate clients and their families about mental health issues.
· Advocate for clients' needs and rights.
· Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Qualifications & Skills
· Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
· Relevant state licensure, as applicable
· 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting strongly preferred
· Specialization in a particular therapy modality (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
· Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatments.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Cultural competence and sensitivity.
· Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
· Ability to manage a diverse caseload.
· Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
· Proficient in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
· Ability to build rapport with clients.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Knowledge of confidentiality laws and HIPAA regulations.
