We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Submissions Specialist to support our sales team, manage deal submissions, and ensure smooth coordination between merchants, affiliates, and funding partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, update, and manage deals within Zoho CRM.
  • Prepare, submit, and track MCA and loan applications.
  • Generate and send merchant proposals and documentation.
  • Create tasks, follow-ups, and reminders to ensure deal progression.
  • Maintain accurate deal status, lender responses, and funding records.
  • Follow up with partners to request sold contracts.
  • Liaise with vendors to resolve operational issues and escalate as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data entry standards.
  • Track and manage commissions owed to team members and affiliates.
  • Serve as the point of contact between team members and affiliates.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative role preferably in MCA
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM softwares and Google.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $60,000 per year
