Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A pharmacy opportunity is available for a pharmacist to provide a blend of retail and long-term care services in a specialty pharmacy setting. This contract role offers an engaging mix of responsibilities ideal for candidates with a strong background in pharmacy practice.

Location: Grand Rapids, MN
Duration: 13+ weeks
Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
  • Possible rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medications and provide pharmaceutical care in a specialty pharmacy environment
  • Manage long-term care pharmacy operations and services
  • Perform retail pharmacy duties, including patient counseling and prescription verification
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota pharmacist license
  • PharmD degree or MTM certification preferred
  • Immunization certification and CPR certification required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle diverse pharmacy duties in both retail and long-term care settings
