Location: Grand Rapids, MN
Duration: 13+ weeks
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
- Possible rotating weekends
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications and provide pharmaceutical care in a specialty pharmacy environment
- Manage long-term care pharmacy operations and services
- Perform retail pharmacy duties, including patient counseling and prescription verification
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota pharmacist license
- PharmD degree or MTM certification preferred
- Immunization certification and CPR certification required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle diverse pharmacy duties in both retail and long-term care settings
