Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Contoocook, NH to bring on a Shipper Level II. This position is full time in a fast-paced manufacturing and shipping environment.
Position: Shipper Level II
Shift: Monday through Friday (day shift)
Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Duties / Responsibilities
• Package, wrap, and label parts to ensure safe shipment
• Verify quantities and parts against prints and work orders
• Create shipping labels for UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight shipments
• Process shipments and close work orders using Mie Trak and Mie Kiosk
• Print, edit, and manage Certificates of Conformance (C of C) and invoices
• Receive jobs accurately in Mie Trak and scan packing slips to POs
• Clean parts as needed prior to shipment
• Deliver materials to correct departments and move materials between buildings
• Obtain signatures for delivered materials when required
• Label and track outside process parts, ensuring prints are properly redacted
• Maintain accurate counts and documentation for outside processing
• Print end-of-day shipping reports and email daily shipping totals
• Complete end-of-day checklists for closing
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in a shipping or warehouse environment preferred
• Basic math and computer skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs throughout the workday
• Ability to bend, kneel, and crouch as needed
• Ability to use hands and fingers to operate tools, equipment, and computers
• Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, vibration, fumes, and airborne particles
• Work environment with temperature changes based on season
• Fast-paced production setting

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
