The Role
As a Master Craftsman on our team you are more than just a handyman. You are a full-service remodeler that can do anything from small home repairs to large renovations. You represent the skill and customer service of our brand.
Here are some of the qualifications to join our team:
- 10+ years of experience in the residential construction field (preferred)
- Able to communicate with our customers – written and verbal
- Tools – own your tools, including extension ladders
- Carpentry – able to install trim, hang doors, repair wood rot, and identify load bearing walls
- Remodeling – able to remodel kitchens and bathrooms start to finish
- Painting – able to paint, both interior and exterior
- Decks – able to build and replace decks from footers to finish
- Electrical – able to install and repair electrical systems like a three way switch
- Plumbing – able to fix plumbing issues, sweat copper, and run a drain pipe
- Drywall – able to hang and repair drywall

- Earning Expectations: W2 role with expectations to make $75,000 - $125,000
