Responsibilities
- Multitask while performing proper culinary methods and techniques
- Follow daily instructions & complete prep list
- Maintain a clean and organized station/equipment during volume execution
- Prepare all specials per the specifications of the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef
- Work independently with being efficient and productive
- Thrive in a team environment
- Demonstrate attention to detail in pressure situations
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in fine dining or high-volume setting
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including meal preparation and food handling best practices
- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new culinary skills
- Proficient in English; able to read and speak
