An Auntie Anne's "Pretzel Artist" is a crew member responsible for preparing and baking pretzels, involving tasks like mixing dough, rolling and twisting pretzels, monitoring ovens, and adding toppings. This role also includes providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, operating the cash register, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. The position requires teamwork, adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Pretzel Making: Mix dough, prepare various pretzel products, roll and twist dough into pretzels, and apply butter and toppings.
- Baking & Monitoring: Insert, rotate, and remove pretzel trays from ovens, and monitor baking time and product color to ensure perfection.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, provide a friendly and courteous attitude, and deliver outstanding service to create a positive guest experience.
- Cashier Operations: Accurately operate cash registers and handle guest transactions.
- Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, keep the store clean and stocked, and maintain equipment and supplies.
- Qualifications & Expectations
