Integrated Staffing is currently hiring several Turf Crew Members in Saratoga Springs, NY for a seasonal opportunity with a client in the local horse racing industry. This is a great opportunity for candidates with landscaping experience, groundskeeping experience, outdoor labor experience, or turf maintenance experience who are looking for seasonal work in Saratoga Springs, New York.

This Saratoga Springs Turf Crew job is a physically demanding outdoor position that runs from approximately April 2026 through November 2026. We are seeking dependable, safety-minded individuals who are comfortable working in an active racetrack environment near thoroughbred horses. Turf Crew Member Job Duties

As a Turf Crew Member in Saratoga Springs, NY, responsibilities include:

• Replacing turf and filling divots and holes on the racetrack using seed and soil mix

• Installing portable lightweight plastic turf rails using post pounders, tape measures, and paint

• Operating zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, trimmers, and turf rollers

• Assisting with general turf maintenance and landscaping duties

• Supporting the grounds crew with additional outdoor maintenance tasks as assigned

Schedule

• Candidates may be scheduled to work 5 or 6 days per week depending on coverage needs

• Typical hours are approximately 8:00 AM until the last race, which may vary

• Overtime is available and candidates must be open to additional hours as needed

Requirements for This Saratoga Springs Landscaping Job

To be considered for this Turf Crew Member job in Saratoga Springs, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• At least 3 months of related experience required

• Landscaping experience is strongly preferred

• Must be dependable, reliable, and have reliable transportation

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time

• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 47 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally

• Must be comfortable using manual tools and turf maintenance equipment

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Must maintain a positive attitude and follow all workplace safety procedures

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be open to working overtime

• Must be able to obtain a NYS Gaming License
