Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication needs in a dynamic school environment near Delray Beach, FL. We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists, including those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), for contract positions during the 2026 Extended School Year program. Secure supervision will be provided for CFs, and you’ll work exclusively on-site at either Royal Palm School or Indian Ridge, eliminating the challenges of itinerant assignments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida provisional SLP license issued by the Department of Health
- Currently completing or have completed the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Fingerprinting eligibility as per Florida public school requirements (AHCA Clearinghouse checks or new prints may be required)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for working with diverse elementary through secondary student populations
- Willingness to complete an internal video interview as part of the selection process
- Supervisory experience or willingness to be supervised (for CFs)
Your Daily Role:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students on-site (no teletherapy)
- Serve one school location—Royal Palm School (PreK-12) or Indian Ridge (K-12)
- Elementary/Secondary schedules: Monday–Thursday, (hours between 7:30 AM–3:45 PM, aligned with each school’s specific timetable, 20–26 hours/week)
- Document progress, contribute to IEP meetings, and collaborate with school teams
- Participate in credentialing process and stay compliant with district requirements
