Job DescriptionA respected commercial construction firm is looking for an experienced Estimator to step in and support active projects during a leave period. For the right person, this can transition into a long-term role with meaningful impact and growth potential.
What You’ll Own:
Develop accurate, detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects
Build project budgets, timelines, and resource forecasts
Produce competitive, well-supported bids
Partner with leadership to secure and win bid opportunities
Review drawings, data, purchase orders, and subcontracts
Maintain updated project documentation and estimate revisions
Organize receipts, POs, and all project-related records
Gather and validate all required information to ensure estimates are complete and precise
What You Bring
5–7 years of commercial construction estimating experience
Professional, polished communication style and strong client-facing presence
High competency with estimating tools, Excel, and general office software
Strong attention to detail and a fast, accurate work style
Ability to manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
