SmartTalent is looking to a hire Production Associates for a digital print company in Tukwila, WA. Ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, able to work in a fast paced environment and have flexible schedule to work 7 days during peak season (details below).
TITLE: Production Associate
LOCATION: Tukwila, WA
SCHEDULE: 1st shift, 7am-3pm +OT start or 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm
**Must be able to work 7 days a week in December **
PAY: $21.10 - $22.10 (depending on shift)

Summary/Objective:
The Production Associate is responsible for operating and monitoring digital printing and finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. The role includes setting up print jobs, inspecting output for accuracy, performing finishing tasks such as cutting, binding, and packaging, and maintaining equipment and a clean workspace. Associates work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment to meet production deadlines and ensure consistent quality.
Key Responsibilities:
·Inspect printed materials for quality, color accuracy, and consistency.
·Sort and bin printed products according to order specifications.
·Accurately match products with customer orders using order management software or scanners.
·Perform finishing tasks such as cutting, folding, binding, packaging, and labeling.
·Follow production schedules to ensure orders are completed on time.
·Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
·Collaborate with team members in printing, finishing, and shipping departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Requirements:
·Previous experience in print production, manufacturing, or a related environment preferred.
·Basic computer skills
·Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for 8+ hours per shift.
·Must be able to work 7 days a week for 4-6 weeks
·Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
·Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during peak periods.
·Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.
