As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our valued customers. Your main duties will include:
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues via email, phone, or live chat
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving technical problems by researching and identifying solutions
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure swift and efficient resolution of issues
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Identifying patterns in customer issues and making suggestions for improvement
- Communicating customer feedback to the development team to inform product improvements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role
- Experience in providing technical support for software products
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using remote support tools
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
Additional Skills (preferred):
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with SQL databases
