Job DescriptionWE ARE HIRING MACHINE OPERATORS!Job Description
- As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up machinery and preparing the necessary raw materials for the process.
- Your role will involve weighing, measuring, and preparing proper proportions for batches in a continuous process.
- You will make equipment adjustments to temperature, pressure or cycle time as needed and monitor these changes through a computer system. This role requires independent work after a thorough 6-month training period.
- In addition, you will be responsible for collecting samples, recording and keeping track of the product produced.
- Adhere to all safety requirements throughout the shift and perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of production equipment, work surfaces, and tools.
Shift & Pay:
- 2nd: 3PM-11:30PM (Monday-Friday $22-25
- 3rd:11PM-7:30AM (Sunday-Thursday, $22-27/hr
Overtime is required, will work 5 days per week and every other weekend
Qualifications
- Mut have 2+ years of experience working in manufacturing environment
- Must have high school diploma or GED (must be verifiable)
- Proficient computer skills
- Comfortable working around chemicals
- Ability to work overtime
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
