We are looking to hire an Operations Supervisor to train and organize staff, ensure the efficiency of operational processes and intervene if necessary. The ideal candidate will be someone proactive, who can see the big picture of things, with strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Operations manager Responsibilities:
- Training and supervising employees
- Manage Sales team, increase sales
- Follow check list
- Overseeing inventory needs and undertaking office management and administration
- Recruiting quality employees to provide high-quality customer support
- Motivating and supervising employees
- Evaluating the performanceof your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulation
- Performing the required tasks for the opening and closing of the business.
- Supervise maintenance and repair jobs, ensure tasks have been performed successfully to authorize payments.
Requirements and skills:
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Sales expertise
- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
- Team leadership
- Boat detailing knowledge is a plus!
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- This position requires working on weekends
