Our exceptional client offers a family oriented culture and is looking for someone with Payroll and Human Resource experience for a newly created role due to growth.
This individual will manage payroll processing and assist with HR functions. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll execution while supporting HR operations, including benefits administration, compliance, and employee records management. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of payroll laws, HR best practices, and excellent organizational skills.
This is an On-Site role
Key Responsibilities:Payroll Processing:
- Process and administer payroll for employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Manage direct deposits, tax withholdings, and payroll adjustments.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant authorities.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and compliance.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, and recordkeeping.
- Serve as a point of contact for payroll and benefits-related questions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Gusto, QuickBooks Payroll) and HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

- Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Pay: $54,000 - $60,000 per year This is an ON-SITE role
