We are seeking new Medical Assistants grads or experienced Medical Assistants to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments in order to provide exceptional patient care. We are a professional, yet family friendly environment who values their patients and employees. We provide excellent benefits, compensation and 401k. Responsibilities include some of the following:

• Welcoming and room patients
• Overseeing patients’ medical records
• Inputting and supervising patients’ insurance information
• Organizing necessary information, such as hospital admissions and laboratory services
• Scheduling patient exams and diagnostic testing
• Handling patient correspondence
• Phone triage

• Preparing patients for medical examinations
• Document medical histories
• Measuring vital signs, like blood pressure
• Drawing blood for testing
• Removing sutures and changing dressings
• Participate in minor procedures
• Performing basic laboratory exams
• Helping physicians with medical examinations
• Administering injections or giving medications per physician’s instructions and as regulated by state law
• Instructing patients about medications and special diets they may need
