Job Title: Residential Installer
Position Summary:
We have Full time positions available. Pay is hourly plus commission. As an experienced HVAC tech you will perform installations of a variety of heating and air conditioning systems. Key attributes for this position include being a team player with honesty, integrity and motivation to do a great job for our customers.
Work Hours: Start time is 7am-8am Monday - Friday. Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs and seasonal demand including some after hours and possible weekends.
Pay Scale: Ranges between $75K and $150K depending on experience and performance, plus benefits.

Position Requirements:
- HVAC install experience
- 5+ years install experience
- Strong technical experience
- Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
- Professional appearance
- Ability to use iPad and smart phone
- Valid driver's license
- Insurable by company insurance carrier
- Mandatory background check prior to hire.
