Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
Facility type: SNF
Location: Montesano, WA 98563
Contract: 14 weeks
Shift: 8am – 4:30pm (Five days in a week)
Start: TBD

Responsibility:-

• Performing clerical tasks such as answering telephones and scheduling appointments.
• Collecting, assessing, and recording required patient information such as medical history.
• Implementing treatment plans and helping patients perform therapeutic activities.
• Instructing patients and their families in the skills and techniques of a treatment program.
• Monitoring patients' performance and providing encouragement.
• Documenting patients' progress, attitudes, and behavior.
• Maintaining accurate patient treatment records.

Requirements:-

• Must be certified as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
• BLS (AHA).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
