Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist opportunity is available offering a travel assignment in San Lorenzo, CA. This role supports multiple schools within the district, providing comprehensive psychological services across a diverse student population as part of a broader assessment team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations for students district-wide
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Participate in data collection and analysis to inform interventions and supports
- Communicate findings clearly to educators, parents, and administrators
Qualifications:
- Valid PPS credential/certification in School Psychology
- Bilingual proficiency preferred to effectively serve multilingual students
- Experience in school-based psychological assessment and intervention
- Ability to manage a variable caseload across multiple school sites
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Assignment Details:
- Location: San Lorenzo, CA (travel assignment)
- Availability: Immediate start with engagement through the end of the school year
- Schedule: Full-time, approximately 37.5 hours per week
