Inside Customer Service and Account Manager

Our team is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for a dedicated individual that is a golfer or has golf knowledge, great communication skills and who is detailed oriented. As Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets and lookbooks that support our growing brand and Sales Representatives. The main focus will be on creating lookbooks and updating templates with new designs for our portfolio of customers. You will also work across print and digital formats, collaborating with our team to deliver on deadlines and maintain brand consistency. Photography experience is a plus. A passion for golf or experience in the golf industry is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design daily lookbooks that showcase our product line.
- Work with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign to prepare high-quality designs that support our Sales Representatives and Internal Team
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual materials.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast paced schedule; prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with team members (marketing, product, operations) to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Assist with product photography or image editing/retouching when needed.
- Bring an understanding or interest in golf or sports knowledge to help infuse relevant themes and aesthetics into your daily work flow
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (2+ years, especially in digital + print).
- Expert level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Strong layout, typography, color theory, and pattern‐design skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, comfortable taking initiative, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Located in Rochester Hills (or able to reliably commute) — on-site presence required.
- Photography & image editing experience is a definite plus.

• Position: Graphic Designer
• Workplace: Winston Collection Headquarters, 1591 Star Batt Dr., Rochester Hills, MI 48309
• Hourly Wage: $19
• Work Schedule:
o Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm (Some Weekends)
