We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s hungry to learn, and ready to take ownership of high-impact marketing work.
The Role
This is a great opportunity for a rising marketing professional who wants hands-on experience in healthcare marketing, multi-location strategy, and brand growth. You’ll help execute marketing campaigns that drive new patient growth, support dental offices, and strengthen our corporate brand - all while building skills that scale with your career.
You don’t need to know everything yet - we’re looking for someone curious, organized, and excited to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Support and execute marketing campaigns for multiple dental locations
- Assist with digital marketing efforts including SEO, paid ads, social media, and email campaigns
- Help manage Google Business Profiles, online reviews, and local listings
- Coordinate website updates, content, and landing pages
- Track campaign performance and help prepare reports using KPIs and analytics
- Partner with internal teams and dental offices to support marketing needs
- Work with vendors and creative partners as projects require
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
- Interest in healthcare, dental, or multi-location marketing (experience is a plus, not required)
- Basic experience with tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, or CRMs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communicator who enjoys collaboration and problem solving
