Quickparts is hiring a Global Director of Quality to lead, shape, and elevate our quality organization across North America and Europe. This is not a desk-only role. You will be deeply embedded in our operations — on the floor, in audits, with customers, and inside our systems — driving real change across a complex global manufacturing network.
You will own our Quality strategy, personally lead implementation, and be the driving force behind world-class systems that support aerospace, medical, automotive, defense, and industrial customers.

✔ Lead and execute global Quality strategy
✔ Drive hands-on implementation across sites
✔ Build systems that scale with growth
✔ Serve as a visible leader on the floor and with customers
✔ Be the owner of certifications and audits
What You’ll Do
- Lead and continuously improve a global Quality Management System anchored in ISO 9001
- Personally drive implementation and expansion into ISO 13485, AS9100, and ISO 14001 as required
- Act as the hands-on owner of all audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance
- Build KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement programs across all sites
- Partner directly with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Executive Leadership
- Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and systemic fixes
- Be present on the floor — coaching, auditing, and problem-solving in real time
- Be present with customers – helping solve problems
- Standardize processes across global facilities (US & EU)
- Own supplier quality strategy and qualification processes
- Lead, develop, and mentor global quality teams
- Present quality performance and risk mitigation plans directly to the CEO & ELT
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years in manufacturing quality leadership
- Deep mastery of ISO 9001 and in at least one of the below:
- ISO 13485 (Medical)
- AS9100 (Aerospace)
- Proven ability to build, implement, and scale new certifications
- Track record leading audits, remediation, and transformation
- Strong Lean / Six Sigma background
- Comfortable operating at executive level and shop floor level
- Confident leader who drives change, not just manages it
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality preferred
