Over six months, participants take part in a hands-on curriculum covering professional development, business acumen, and project delivery — including case studies, simulations, and role-play exercises. The program covers topics like project economics, communication, and leadership fundamentals, and concludes with an in-person capstone event where participants present their work and outline goals for the year ahead.

What You'll DoSchedule & Budget Support:
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and work breakdown structures (WBS) for civil and transportation projects.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Help prepare project status reports, cost/schedule variance analyses, and dashboards for project managers and clients.
Project Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure project controls data is accurate, current, and actionable.
Process Improvement:
- Help identify opportunities to improve project tracking tools, templates, and workflows across civil and transportation project teams.
What You'll BringExperience:
- 0–4 years of experience; recent graduates with relevant coursework or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
What You'll GetThe base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. This range reflects the company's good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
