Location: McKinney, Texas – Columbia, South Carolina – Plano, Texas. Hybrid work schedule.

Client Services Manager Job Summary:

The Manager of Client Services is responsible for leading, developing, and empowering the Client Service team by ensuring they receive proper training, resources, and support to perform their day-to-day responsibilities. This role is dedicated to maintaining a high standard of customer service, ensuring that all clients receive timely and professional support.

As the primary point of contact for client escalations, the manager will take a proactive approach to issue resolution while upholding Selerix standards. They will also modify processes as needed to meet evolving customer needs, fostering a customer-centric culture within the department. This position requires strong leadership, problem solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement to enhance both team performance and client satisfaction.

Client Services Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manages employees handling various stages of the Selerix end-to-end solution.
  • Ensures successful implementation of benefits enrollment, payroll integration and carrier transmission.
  • Ensures requirements gathering for Selerix benefit administration platform is conducted timely and accurately.
  • Ensures that the relationship between the Client and the Client Advocate Team is intact.
  • Ensures timelines are met prior to giving the client the go-live status.
  • May communicate directly with clients about new features and functionality.
  • Consistently maintains security and confidentiality of all client data per Selerix company policy and HIPAA requirements.
  • May aid in the negotiation of additional product offerings.
  • Prioritize tasks for Client Services team.
  • Conducts and participates in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings, as needed.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Client Services Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in management; health benefits knowledge required; software, technical programs experience; JavaScript experience a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize.
  • Strong consultative skills.
  • Must be eligible for US employment.
