Seeking a talented Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our dental team!
Compensation: $23-$27 per hour
Benefits: Medical, 401K with employer contribution, PTO, Bonuses
Schedule: Shifts alternate throughout the week between: opening shift- 7am to 3:30pm and closing shift which can be from 8am to 4:30pm.
To be considered for our Dental Patient Care Coordinator position you must have:
- Experience working front office
- Strong understanding of insurance, billing and treatment scheduling and planning
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- The ability to work closely with team members, doctors and business team to strategize and build an awesome practice

Duties for our Dental Patient Care Coordinator include:
- Appointment scheduling and patient communication through phone, email, and patient outreach software
- Plan and coordinate insurance benefits as well as appointments
- Making sure production and hygiene schedules are optimized to meet our goals
- Work collaboratively with dentist and business team to create a seamless experience for patients
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Perform general office duties and other duties as required
