Summary

We are looking for a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team at Renovations Property Management. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various painting and renovation tasks that contribute to maintaining and enhancing the properties we manage. Your work will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential buildings painting tasks including interior and exterior surfaces.
• Assist with renovations and repairs as needed throughout properties.
• Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential painting and renovation work.
• Strong knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations.
• Familiarity with power tools and safe operating procedures.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.

Renovations Property Management se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Pintor/Trabajador General para integrarse a nuestro equipo de trabajo. Esta posición es responsable de ejecutar tareas de pintura y apoyar en trabajos de renovación, contribuyendo al mantenimiento, conservación y mejora continua de las propiedades bajo nuestra administración. El candidato seleccionado desempeñará un rol clave en garantizar altos estándares de calidad y la satisfacción de nuestros clientes y residentes.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Ejecutar trabajos de pintura en propiedades residenciales, incluyendo superficies interiores y exteriores, asegurando acabados de alta calidad.
• Apoyar en proyectos de renovación, mantenimiento y reparaciones generales según las necesidades operativas.
• Operar herramientas y equipos de trabajo de manera segura, eficiente y conforme a las normas establecidas.
• Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias, organizadas y en cumplimiento con los estándares de seguridad.
• Cumplir con los lineamientos y procedimientos internos de la empresa.

Requisitos

• Experiencia comprobable en pintura residencial y trabajos de renovación.
• Conocimiento sólido de matemáticas básicas aplicadas a mediciones y cálculos.
• Manejo adecuado de herramientas y conocimiento de prácticas seguras de operación.
• Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Alto sentido de responsabilidad, puntualidad y atención al detalle.
