We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Chicago, dedicated to addressing health disparities and enhancing the well-being of LGBTQ individuals. We are looking for a Medical Director to become part of our enthusiastic, mission-oriented team.

Practice Responsibilities

• Offer clinical leadership and oversight for the execution of care policies.
• Assist in the creation, implementation, and assessment of care policies and procedures that align with contemporary practice standards.
• Identify, assess, and resolve medical and clinical issues that impact patient care.
• Oversee the clinical quality and productivity of the site’s healthcare staff.
• This is an outpatient-only position with an employed status, including a rotating call schedule.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience and 1 year in a leadership role is required.
• Experience or a strong interest in LGBTQ health and HIV care is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
