Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Coordinator. The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day client services, including managing communications with clients, providing customer service, and offering software support administrative assistance. The role involves supporting client delivery activities and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Client Services and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Administrative Assistance skills with application desktop support
  • Experience in software support
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with EAM or MAXIMO systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or comparible work experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
