- Build KPI-driven dashboards to highlight trends, risks, and performance metrics.
- Define data requirements and collaborate with data engineering teams for integration and modeling.
- Ensure accurate integration of learning and business data into centralized data systems.
- Identify data gaps and support data governance initiatives.
- Support the development of standardized KPIs and performance metrics.
- Analyze data to drive improvements in training programs and readiness planning.
- Automate and standardize compliance reporting processes.
- Maintain dashboards to track compliance risks and completion trends.
- Support analytics skill development and share best practices for data visualization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage analytics initiatives.
- Document metrics, data lineage, and dashboard usage guidelines.
- Support knowledge-sharing and mentoring activities.
