Key Responsibilities:
- Support key accounts (retailers, distributors, brokers)
- Assist with order management, promotions, and customer communication
- Help prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations
- Track trade promotions and deductions
- Support new product launches and sales initiatives
- Prepare materials & Attend food shows
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, R&D)
- Other sales related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and distributors portals
- Ability to build rapport with clients via strong communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Trustworthy and dependable
