We are currently hiring an estimator for all housing, commercial & DOT projects
Estimator job responsibilities: Able to prepare & estimate budge costs for construction by studying plans & specifications, evaluates offers to purchase by site requirements, additions & costing changes, resolves cost differences by analyzing & collecting info, writes up & presents budgets, reports, & project plans, develops bids for construction projects, works closely with architects & other professionals, navigates & understands building codes, stays up to date with safety codes & improvements in construction.
Estimator qualifications & skills: Ability to navigate specifications & plans, proficiency in demonstrating proposals & projects, ability to handle multiple assignments at once, close attention to detail, & excellent written & verbal communication skills
Wages DOE. Work in Sioux Falls
