Eastern Realm Solutions is recruiting a Procurement Analyst (Construction Acquisition) to support federal contracting operations at Selfridge Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Michigan. This role provides cradle-to-grave acquisition support for construction, A&E, and service-based procurement, including acquisition planning, market research, contract administration, and closeout activities.
The Procurement Analyst will work directly with Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), and program stakeholders to ensure acquisition actions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with mission requirements in a dynamic Department of Defense environment.

Primary Responsibilities
· Support full acquisition lifecycle activities, including pre-award, post-award, and contract closeout functions
· Conduct market research and analysis to support acquisition planning and procurement strategy development
· Draft, review, and update acquisition documents such as PWSs, SOWs, SOOs, IGCEs, and evaluation criteria
· Perform cost and price analysis and provide recommendations on procurement approaches
· Review procurement packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with FAR and DoD regulations
· Support construction and A&E contracting activities, including MILCON and SRM-related procurement
· Prepare and process contract modifications, track performance, and support resolution of contract administration issues
· Review contractor invoices for accuracy and maintain financial tracking documentation
· Maintain contract files and documentation in Government systems (e.g., PCF, PIEE), ensuring audit readiness
· Develop reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to support acquisition tracking, status reporting, and briefings
· Coordinate with COs, CORs, program offices, and technical stakeholders to resolve acquisition and documentation issues
· Provide regulatory and policy support, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and applicable DoD acquisition guidance
RequirementsRequired Experience & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in contracting, business, or related field)
· Experience supporting federal acquisition or contracting activities
· Demonstrated experience in:
- Contract formation and administration
- Cost and price analysis
- Acquisition documentation development and review
- Working knowledge of:
- Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- DoD acquisition policies and procedures
- Experience working in or supporting Government construction acquisition environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong written, analytical, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience supporting MILCON, SRM, or construction/A&E contracting efforts
· Familiarity with Government acquisition systems (e.g., PCF, PIEE, ACWS, FPDS-NG, or similar)
· Experience supporting both pre-award and post-award acquisition functions across multiple contract types
· DAWIA, FAC-C, or equivalent acquisition certification (Level I or higher preferred)
· Experience developing acquisition reports, dashboards, or tracking tools (Excel or similar)
· Prior experience supporting Department of Defense or Air National Guard contracting environments
Work Environment
· Full-time, on-site position at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan
· Standard work schedule within Government operating hours (Monday–Friday)
· Position supports a single-FTE acquisition role, requiring independent execution and prioritization of workload
