A-Line Staffing is now hiring Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment in Brooklyn Park, MN 55445. The Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment would be working for a Major Fortune 500 Company and has career growth potential.

Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment Highlights:

• Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• Pay Range: $18-19 per hour
• Location: Brooklyn Park, MN 55445
• Contract Type: Must be licensed – No trainee licenses accepted
• Physical Requirement: Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment Summary:

The Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment provides assistance in the preparation and distribution of drug products. The Technician is responsible for preparing prescription medications using the fulfillment system.

Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment Responsibilities:

• Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and member/physician outreach
• Enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system
• Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues
• Escalate prescription-related questions to a Pharmacist for interpretation or direction
• Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma required
• Experience: 0–2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Licensure/Certification: Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification required by the state of operation (No trainee licenses)
• Technical Skills:
• • Basic knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office Suite, or similar software
  • Basic computer skills
• Other Requirements:
• • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Strong customer service skills with focus on quality and satisfaction
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner
