This role offers the opportunity to support students communication development as a Speech Language Pathologist within a K-12 school environment located in Roseville, CA. There are two maternity leave contract openings for the 2025-2026 school year, providing meaningful work with diverse caseloads and the chance to make a positive impact on young learners.
Key Position Details:
- Discipline: Speech Language Pathologist
- Contract Duration: First Leave: 8/4/2025 10/31/2025 (possible extension) Second Leave: 8/11/2025 2/3/2026
- Location: Onsite in Roseville, CA
- Hours: 35-40 hours per week
Caseload Information:
- First Leave: TK through 5th grade elementary students, approximately 55 students
- Second Leave: Preschool program within an elementary setting, starting with about 20 students, caseload capped at 40 and expected to grow
Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech Language Pathologist license (required)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage varying caseload sizes and adapt to student needs
