Accounting firm is looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support the partners.
Responsibilities include:
-Assisting with sales and client relations
-Managing calendars and communications
-Office admin, such as processing paperwork and client onboarding
-Assisting with billing, collections, and other bookkeeping related tasks
The ideal candidate possesses:
-Meticulous attention to detail
-A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
-A strong sense of ownership and accountability
-Prior executive assistant/office administrator experience + some bookkeeping experience
Prior executive and/or office admin experience is required. Bookkeeping experience is strongly preferred (but not required).
This is a full-time, in-office role (Brooklyn Square).
This role is not for "client work" (bookkeeping/tax returns for our clients).
It *is* a role for someone who enjoys working on many different types of tasks in a great office environment.
