Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Process payroll for 101 to 500 employees, including certified payroll and prevailing wage calculations.
• Handle garnishments and other payroll-related deductions with precision.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for auditing purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to payroll.
• Generate payroll reports and provide detailed analyses to management as needed.
• Support payroll audits by preparing necessary documentation and data.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to maintain compliance.
• Assist with special payroll projects or initiatives as required.
• Proven experience in processing payroll, preferably within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle payroll operations.
• Experience handling payroll for medium-sized organizations (101–500 employees).
• Knowledge of payroll garnishments and deductions.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
• Ability to interpret and apply payroll-related regulations and laws.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
