Our boutique agency client is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Account Executive to support the Senior Account Director and help drive client relationships, marketing strategies, and multi-channel campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Account Director with day-to-day client communication, scheduling, project coordination, and follow-up
- Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaign timelines, and content calendars aligned with client objectives
- Write clear, actionable creative briefs for creative, digital, and production teams
- Coordinate with internal creative teams to gather assets, provide feedback, route revisions, and ensure accuracy of deliverables
- Track project budgets, timelines, scopes, and deliverables; escalate issues as needed
- Monitor campaign performance and compile analytics to support strategic reporting
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously with precision and proactive communication
Ideal Background & Experience
- 5+ years in marketing, account management, advertising, or client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign development, digital channels, and analytics
- Excellent writing skills for creative briefs, client communication, and presentations
- Confident presenter able to support high-level strategy discussions
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, and project workflows
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
- Innovative mindset with awareness of current marketing trends
