Employs the nursing process to deliver patient care. Holds professional accountability for the care provided to assigned patients. Assesses the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other direct caregivers. Collaborates with other departments to coordinate patient care. Upholds patient rights and ensures the confidentiality of patient information. Executes responsibilities in alignment with our mission, values, and service standards.

Full-time & Part-time | Day and Night Shifts
Our Nurse Residency Program in Medical-Surgical services is tailored for both new graduates and seasoned nurses, aimed at enhancing critical thinking, communication, and clinical skills through practical experience and mentorship. You will learn from Advanced Nurse Clinicians and leaders who will support your development both in the classroom and at the bedside. Begin your career with confidence!

RN Qualifications:
- Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited institution; BSN preferred
- License: Must possess a current RN Temporary Permit or RN license in the State of Missouri
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) certification from the American Heart Association
