We are looking for 20 Fine Dining Experienced Fine Dining Servers to work on an upcoming event for a beautiful, High-end Event: End of April/ Early May . The pay is $21 an hour

Position Requirements:
Uniform: Black tuxedo jacket, white long-sleeve dress shirt, black bowtie, black dress slacks, black socks, and polished black non-slip shoes. Fine Dining Server experience is a must have for this event, we have many other open positions where this is not a requirement, check them out!
Appearance Standards:No visible tattoosNo facial piercingsNatural hair colors onlyNo long or colored nails

Job Summary:

  • Provide exceptional, personalized service from greeting to farewell
  • Maintain a professional, polished demeanor at all times
  • Ensure all guest-related inquiries are handled with courtesy and professionalism, referring any complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Anticipate guests needs without being intrusive
  • Address guest concerns or special requests quickly and gracefully
  • Take precise orders, including modifications and dietary needs
  • Double -check everything before it reaches the table
  • Maintain awareness awareness of every detail at the table (silverware, glassware, etc.)
  • Uphold fine dining etiquette and service protocols
  • Monitor guest satisfaction during events and communicate any concerns to event leads or management
  • Assist in the breakdown and clean-up of areas following events, ensuring the area is restored to proper condition for future use
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations


  • Follow formal service standards (may include):
    • Serving from correct side
    • Clearing plates silently and efficiently
    • Crumbing tables between courses


  • Perform tableside tasks such as:
    • Wine presentation & pouring
    • Decanting Wine
    • Finishing Dishes (saucing, carving, etc.)


Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently
  • Attention to detail, ensuring all food and beverage orders are accurately fulfilled
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (e.g., trays, equipment) as needed for events
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to various event settings and shifts as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
