A fast-growing and nationally recognized technology solutions provider is expanding its team and hiring an Account Manager to develop and grow client relationships across the Wisconsin market. This is a great opportunity to break into the world of advanced IT solutions — even if you haven’t sold for a VAR before. If you bring a strong B2B sales foundation, a hunter’s mentality, and the drive to build a career in tech, this team will teach you the rest.

Hybrid role based in Green Bay, WI – time split between the office, client meetings, and remote work.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities across commercial accounts
- Building relationships with decision-makers and understanding client needs
- Partnering with engineering teams to deliver tailored technology solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle from discovery through close
- Leveraging vendor programs and incentives to maximize deal value
- Executing account and territory plans, tracking activity and pipeline in CRM
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience (tech industry preferred but not required)
- Proven success generating new business and exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to learn and grow
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment
- Based in or able to commute to Green Bay, WI (hybrid schedule)
