Position Type: Accountant, Part-Time/1 day per week, In-office on Monday or Tuesday
Location: Loveland, CO
Rate: $30-$40/hr DOE
Date Available: Immediately
Applicant Requirements: Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and highly reliable. In addition, the position requires:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Demonstrated accounting skills and knowledge. QuickBooks Desktop experience a plus.
- Ability to perform varied accounting tasks.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: As the sole accounting support system of the company, you will be performing all accounting functions, including:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare financial statements and reporting.
- Maintain tax compliance and reporting.
- Obtain and manage appropriate licensing across multiple states.
- Manage weekly payroll functions.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation.
