Responsibilities

Data Entry: Accurately input financial data and transactions into the accounting system to maintain precise financial records.

Invoice Processing: Review and verify invoices, ensuring timely payments and compliance with corporate policies.

Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements and ledgers to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.

Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial reports and statements to support decision-making processes.

Document Management: Maintain organized and secure filing systems for financial documents and records.

Support Functions: Provide support to the finance department in various tasks including budgeting and forecasting processes.

Compliance: Adhere to established company policies and accounting principles to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.


Requirements

Education: An associate degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is beneficial, although entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage numerical data and notice discrepancies.

Self motivated: Strong desire to learn and grow from experiences.

Problem Solving: Ability to identify areas of improvement and work with team members to create efficiencies.
