Position Summary
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to create and implement individualized treatment plans, mentor team members, and work closely with families to make a lasting impact. What You’ll Be Doing
As a BCBA at CALM, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for children and young adults.
- Conducting assessments and analyzing data to guide interventions.
- Training and supervising behavior technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client success.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of progress and treatment updates.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A current BCBA certification.
- A strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients, families, and team members.
- A commitment to cultural competence and inclusivity in all aspects of your work.
